Lunch will be in a restaurant close to "the square of El Hedim" in Meknes, where you will also have the chance to explore. The next day, we'll go back to Fes and check into our hotel (or riad) for the night.

Fes, one of the world's oldest imperial capitals, was built in 808 as the first political, religious, and cultural capital, and after breakfast you'll meet our local guide to enjoy a full day tour. The tour of the Royal Palace's Golden Doors has begun. Later, we get a bird's-eye view of an ancient medina's wall from a nearby vantage point. Afterwards, we'll go out on foot to encounter a plethora of revolting sensations. You will visit several sites of worship, including mosques and madrassas, before reaching the tanners' neighborhood. We'll continue our tour and stop by an artist community without giving you a break for lunch. Fes has rightfully earned the reputation as the "city of artisans" because to the expertise its residents brought with them from Spain and their preservation of Andalusian art and culture. Have dinner at the hotel/riad and stay the night.

Following breakfast, we will go on a journey to see the southeastern region of Morocco, via the middle Atlas. Our first destination is Ifrane, sometimes referred to as the "Moroccan Switzerland," known for its picturesque landscapes. Continuing our trip, we will make a stop at Azrou, renowned for its expansive cedar forest, which happens to be the biggest in Morocco. Here, we will have the opportunity to observe and interact with Barbary monkeys, a popular attraction in the area. Continuing our journey in a southerly direction, we through many cities, giving us the chance to see the presence of nomadic communities living in tents. Ultimately, our route leads us to the town of Midelt, where we will pause for a midday meal. We will go through the expansive expanse of the elevated desert, observing the gradual transformation of the landscape as subtle indications of the arid environment become apparent upon nearing the urban centre of Er Rachidia or imtghren. The expedition proceeds via the verdant Ziz Valley and the renowned Tafilalet date palm grove, which is recognised for its production of dates. This region serves as the historical birthplace of the Alaouite dynasty, which now holds the position of the governing royal family in Morocco. Upon reaching Merzouga in the late afternoon, guests will be greeted with a refreshing drink of mint tea prior to their check-in at the riad.

While enjoying brunch early in the morning, one views the sun emerge over the Sahara Desert.

Later of these unforgettable experiences, you'll ride a camel back to the hotel, where you'll check in and take a refreshing shower.

Observe the family of nomads picnicking in a shelter. Listen to the Gnawa's spiritual melody in the Khamlia settlement. At Merzouga, you will have supper.

After lunch, you will explore the oasis at the foot of the dunes and hear about the canal irrigation system.

Following the occurrence of dawn, it is expected that you will start your return journey to the hamlet of Merzouga. During the journey, one cannot help but acknowledge the distinctive aesthetic appeal of the magnificent Erg Chebbi sand dunes, which undergo a transformative process as they interact with varying degrees of illumination during the course of the day. Following breakfast at the riad, the itinerary will begin with a visit to Rissani, Tinghir, and Todra gorges, which are renowned as the most elevated and slender gorges in Morocco. Following the midday meal inside the central region of the canyon, our itinerary will continue with a drive into the Dades Valley, affording you the opportunity to see the awe-inspiring sand castles and remarkable geological structures colloquially referred to as "monkey toes". The overnight lodging will be provided at an exclusive hotel that offers a scenic view of the Dades valley.

Following our morning meal at the hotel, we will embark on a journey through the Dades Valley on route to Kalaat Mgouna and Ouarzazate. The Dades Valley path is often referred to as the "way of the thousand Kasbahs," offering enough possibilities for capturing exceptional photographs along the journey. During our journey, we will make a stop in Kalaat Mgouna, often referred to as "the rose city," in order to acquire rosewater. This fragrant product will impart a pleasant aroma to your linens, persisting long after the conclusion of our excursion. Proceed to Ouarzazate by way of the Amridil Kasbah, a historical edifice associated with the Berber chieftains of the 18th century. Presently, the Kasbah serves as a residence for several individuals belonging to the Glaoui community. During the evening hours, a halt will be made at the city of Ouarzazate.

Following an early morning meal at the riad, we embark on our expedition to reach the ksar, a walled settlement, known as Ait Ben Haddou. Our primary objective is to see the renowned Kasbah, which was officially recognised as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1986. This remarkable stage has served as the backdrop for renowned cinematic productions, such as Gladiator, Obelix, The Mummy, The Jewel of the Nile, and Sahara with Penélope Cruz, among others.

After seeing the kasbah, our itinerary includes a visit to Marrakech, where we will have the opportunity to witness the Tizi Ntichka port, boasting an elevation of 2,260 metres, making it the highest point inside our nation. During our journey, we will have the opportunity to appreciate the scenic beauty of various landscapes from the overlooks along the route.
